What shipping service do you use?
We use Correos, the national postal service of Spain, to deliver our products reliably and economically to all the countries we service.
Orders are shipped in padded envelopes with tracking included.
When will I get my order?
Shipments come from Spain so the closer you are, the faster you'll receive your order.
Typical delivery times are:
Most of urban Western Europe 6-8 business days
US and Canada 12-14 business days
Australia 14-16 business days
We use Correos, Spain's postal service, to ship so your order will travel through your national postal services to get to you. It is not a courier service so expect longer delivery times.
For packages outside of Spain, you can track your order with the tracking code provided when we ship your order. WIthin Spain, orders are sent via ordinary mail with no tracking.
If a package doesn't arrive within the typical timeframe, check your country's postal service site for any interruptions or news sources for incidents that affect transportation.
Please wait until 30 days have passed before reaching out to us. We have the exact same information as you do with the tracking code. The postal service will advise to wait 30 days before they act on anything.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
If you're in the EU with fee-free transfers, you can also pay by bank deposit.
In the Netherlands, you can use iDEAL.
We do not accept PayPal since they bypass our cart minimums.
Do you accept custom design requests?
Yes, we do! Send us a DM on Instagram to suggest an idea or email anna@minifigrealms.com for custom design services.
Do you have bulk ordering options for LUGs and LEGO communities?
Absolutely! Send an email to anna@minifigrealms.com to start a conversation about your bulk order. Minimum order is 500 euro or 1000 pieces, whichever is less.
